All our power tools are warrantied to be free for 1 year from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser.  And could be repair or replace any product which examination proves to be defective in material or workmanship.

Limitations: This warranty does not cover:

1.Repairs made or attempted by other than Albion Engineering or Albion Engineering Authorized Service Station personnel

2.Normal wear and tear

3.Abuse & Misuse

4. Improper maintenance

5. Continued use after partial failure

6. Tools that have been modified or used with an improper accessory

7.Battery packs are warrantied for one (1) year from the date on the battery.

If you have a power tool that requires repair or replacement under warranty, simply return the tool to the wholesalers or distributors for repair or replacement. If inspection shows the problem is caused by a defect in material or workmanship, all repairs, or a replacement will be made
