What to Consider as follows

Battery Type

Almost all electric screwdrivers use rechargeable batteries, but type and charging style vary. More powerful options typically use proprietary battery packs—like the 8V DeWalt and 12V Bosch—that charge on a dedicated base. Others use internal batteries with AC charging cords that plug into a standard wall outlet, or micro-USB ports that charge via the USB port on your computer, car, or wall adapter.

Speed

The higher the speed, measured in revolutions per minute (RPM), the faster your driver can sink or remove screws. Faster isn’t always better though, especially with smaller screws. To maintain control regardless of fastener size, look for an electric screwdriver with different speed settings or a variable speed trigger.

Torque

Torque is the rotational force the driver can apply to the screw, and it indicates the type and density of material you can screw into. Drivers that deliver more torque can drive screws deeper into harder wood, while softer woods and particle board require lower torque. Grip

I’ve found that the shorter length of pistol grip drivers are more convenient for use in tight angles and around corners, while in-line models are better for reaching into deeper or recessed fasteners.

Extra Features

Look for a model that has accessories or features that best suit your working environment, like LED lights for illuminating low-light areas or inside appliances. If you don’t already have a good supply of screwdriver bits already, look for a model that includes its own set.
